Had a fantastic dinner at East Side Mario’s! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor—exactly what I was craving. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making for a great dining experience. A special shoutout to Shawn, our server, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the meal. His friendly attitude and great service made the evening even better. Will definitely be coming back!!!!!!
The waitress Susannah was amazing, kept on top of everything and so friendly. It was busy but our food came quickly and was so good. We got sat in the back room and the manager came in to make sure we were being tended to and turned on music which was so nice! We had an amazing experience.
Our server was Emily. She knew her menu and her service was quick. Tried a new dish which was the baked salmon alf-resto bowl. The portion of the food is excellent as you see got myself a box to go. The salmon sooooo good and will re order for sure.
Let me take the time to thank this east side Mario’s for the memorable time, I br ought my friend here for her 40 th birthday, food was awesome but ther service was outstanding, tfrom the time we arrived, then the staff sang happy birthday and brought some treats and a fun singing crew, I’ll definitely be telling people about your service. Thank you and your drinks were delicious:)
The Innes Rd location was great. We were a party of 9. The salads were very fresh and tasty, the chicken parmigiana did not disappoint and was very tasty and not overcooked. We also ordered the children pizza portions and they were very tasty. The chicken Parm burger was excellent also. The brownie was incredible, make sure you don't miss out on this one. The service was great and the food did not take too long to be served. Overall, we were all very happy and will go back again soon.
It's been years since being at an East Side's and I forgot how great everything is. We were a large group celebrating a birthday and our server Joelle was exceptional. She managed the food and drinks without any issues. She was friendly, attentive and didn't miss a beat. I had the linguine chicken tetrazini ang it was very good. My spouse had the pepper and sausage penne, he really enjoyed it. We started off with the calamari al diavolo wow so tasty but spicy if you like hot spice you'll love it. Can't wait to go back!
Today's greeters and service were outstanding. Despite the long wait typical for such a popular place and time, we were seated relatively quickly. The bar host took our drink orders and entertained us while we waited for our table. Our server, Hailey, was always present and provided personal service, accommodating special requests like extra hot peppers. Overall, we were delighted with our experience and will return.
Hailey has served us many times and she is by far my family’s favourite server in the restaurant. Her people skills are unmatched! Thank you Hailey for always making our experience so enjoyable
